Keto Fast Food

Breaking an 18 hour fast with whatever I could dig up in my fridge and bring in the bed with me because I’m exhausted 😂. #keto chicken (although I prefer the fattier pieces of meat but I ate them all yesterday) kale and cabbage slaw with fromage bleu, Parmesan, bacon and avocado.

Typically I go grocery shopping every 3 days to buy fresh meat, veggies and cheeses, and on my 3rd day the pickings are slim. lol.
