Some days I just don’t feel like “doing it’. You know, “it”…seeking balance, fostering wellness, mental health, physical activity, yada yada. So I write myself little digital post-its on my computer for days when I just feel blah (which is almost more then 20% of the time for me).

Anyway, here’s a quicklist of 5 things that we can do NOW and feel the beneficial effects down the road.

1. Eat breakfast.
2. Be polite.
3. Walk often.
4. Sit up straight.
5. Drink water.
